What are the benefits of amla?
This little-known fruit is rich in vitamins A, C, and E and has antioxidant and tonic properties. It is sold in Europe as a powder to be mixed with vegetable oil. It would work wonders on hair, its beauty, and growth elsewhere. For the skin, it would cleanse it and illuminate its complexion. A scientific study has also confirmed its effectiveness.
How to use it
For the skin, it is enough to mix two teaspoons of powder in a little lukewarm water until a homogeneous paste is formed. Then apply it on the face for 20 minutes and rinse off with clean water. For hair, you need to mix a tablespoon of powder with a vegetable oil (almond, apricot) and apply the mixture to your hair once a week. And your hair should regain its strength and shine the first time you use it. Amla also prevents split ends from dry hair and moisturizes frizzy hair. This natural potion would also slow down hair loss and promote hair growth.
