Toulouse: The administrative court ends the occupation of the Nanta pavilion in La Grave

The essentials This Tuesday, April 20th, the Toulouse Administrative Court handed over its advice to the DAL 31 following the trial between the CHU and the Toulouse City Hall. The expulsion from the occupation of the Nanta Pavilion in La Grave takes place immediately and should pay off a fine of 50 euros per day from May 20th.

Massive blow. Two weeks after the trial between the University Hospital and Toulouse City Hall against the DAL 31, the administrative court announced its decision: immediate expulsion from the occupation of La Grave and a fine of 50 euros per day from May 20th.

The Nanta pavilion houses the Droit Au Logement 31 association and the Abbé-Pierre solidarity center as well as three families. After the work organized in the heart of the hospital center and the planned demolition, the DAL 31 has shown through various measures in recent weeks that it is against future projects.
